I discovered someone was attempting to fraudulently list our Lee County property for sale and needed prompt and efficient legal assistance for an unusual situation that is apparently happening more and more in these days of rampant identity theft.  Matt was referred to me and when I called and spoke to him, Matt had an immediate grasp of the situation and quickly helped us.  Matt and his associate Natalia were fantastic "thinking outside the box" in order to to protect us.  They prepared and filed a document with the Court which would serve as a red-flag to any innocent closing attorney that may be hired to close a sale on behalf of the fraudster at some point in the future.
